The Transformative School Leaders Cohort is a year designed exclusively for school leadership teams to connect, foster community, and imagine new possibilities in a supportive network of colleagues and peers as you gain the tools, resources, support, and encouragement needed to be transformative school leaders!
It all starts with the desire to see transformation happen!
Our time together starts with a Transformative School Leadership Retreat, a time designed to help us stretch ourselves as we grow in community and collaboration!
We follow this with a full year of quarterly “charrette” design sessions dreaming alongside each other for what our respective school communities could be!
Our Transformative School Leadership Cohort is limited to 5 schools a year so we can do a deep dive with you and your team!
In your cohort year, you and your leadership time will engage the latest research on school leadership, dive into best practices for leading schools into the 21st century, utilize design thinking to create real world action plans for your community, and immerse yourself in reflective-praxis…all alongside a cohort of thought leaders and change agents just like you!
