We come alongside schools to provide in-depth, immersive support over the course of a year to create meaningful action items related to fostering sustained growth, depth, and purpose at your site.

We believe that genuine, lasting transformation requires school leaders of vision and courage! Our year-long cohort is designed to give leadership teams the tools, resources, support, and encouragement needed to be transformative school leaders.

If you are a classroom teacher looking to reimagine learning, we have a whole host of options for you, including one-on-one dream sessions, immersive on site visits to our partner school, Odyssey Leadership Academy, resources for reimagining curriculum, samples of open source classes, and ongoing support to help you dream new ways of pursuing creative, learner centered, innovative teaching and learning!

This option is for the school looking to learn with and from a peer community. Your school team will meet once a quarter online with other schools in an innovative cohort to share ideas, brainstorm strategy, and learn from each other and our leadership team how to initiate and sustain transformational change
